  • Lunchtime seminars: Generally provided by our own knowledge experts, lunchtime seminars offer hour-long training sessions focused on a specific tool or skill.
  • Mark Thomas University: Employees can take up to 16 hours away from their jobs each year to attend training classes put on by Mark Thomas managers. Classes include company-wide training sessions, as well as courses covering practical skills such as software application training.
  • Tuition reimbursement: Employees can receive up to $2,000 tuition reimbursement each year for approved classes they take at accredited institutions.
  • Professional organizations: We encourage you to become an active participant in professional organizations by paying all membership dues and meeting costs.
