Qualified candidates must have a BSCE and a CA PE license, with a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in transportation structure design. A strong knowledge of overall project deliverables (Advanced Planning Studies, Type Selection Reports, PS&E), a working familiarity with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specification, Caltrans Seismic Design Criteria and AREMA guidelines, and a proficient knowledge of bridge design and structural analysis software is required. Candidate must be well-organized; team-oriented and possess strong communication skills (written, verbal, and comprehension). The ability to develop positive client relationships through networking and participation in professional organizations is essential to success at this level. Must be able to manage multi-disciplinary teams and subconsultants while facilitating project delivery. Additional responsibilities include mentoring personnel and consistently demonstrating effective work capture planning for business development.

Qualified candidates must have a BS in Geomatics and a CA PLS license, with a minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in surveying. A strong understanding of Caltrans processes and standards is a plus.. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Cadd and adjustment software is required. Candidate must be well-organized; team-oriented and possess strong communication skills (written, verbal, and comprehension). The ability to develop positive client relationships through networking and participation in professional organizations is essential to success at this level. Must be able to manage multi-disciplinary teams and subconsultants while facilitating project delivery. Senior Project Engineer - Transportation

Qualified candidates must have BSCE, preferably a CA PE license, and a minimum of 6+ years of experience in transportation roadway design and one year minimum experience running projects at Project Engineer level. MicroStation/InRoads or AutoCAD/Civil 3D proficiency is required. Proficient in MS Project. Knowledge of overall project deliverables (PSR, PA/ED, PS&E). Experience with Caltrans projects preferred. Candidate must be well organized; team-oriented and have strong written and oral communication skills. Must show progressive responsibility and possess the propensity to excel in challenging situations.
